René Eisner becomes CEO, Matjaz Grabner COO – Focus on Continuity and Innovation
Galifa Contactlinsen AG is reorganizing its management and appointing experienced leaders: René Eisner takes over as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with immediate effect, and Matjaz Grabner becomes Chief Operating Officer (COO). The management team is completed by Patrick Luginbühl (Chief Technology Officer, CTO) and Beat Dönni (Chief Financial Officer, CFO). With a combined experience of over 56 years at Galifa, the new management team stands for continuity, expertise, and sustainable growth.

René Eisner, CEO: Having been with Galifa for five years, Eisner was previously responsible for sales and field service. As CEO, he will drive the company's strategic direction and further develop business areas. His extensive market and customer knowledge strengthen Galifa in his new role.
Matjaz Grabner, COO: With ten years of experience at Galifa, most recently in purchasing, logistics, and professional service, Grabner takes over operational management and responsibility for the St. Gallen site. His focus is on optimizing business processes to ensure maximum efficiency and service quality.
Patrick Luginbühl, CTO: With over 32 years of expertise, Luginbühl remains responsible for IT and development. His expertise and passion are crucial for the quality and innovation of the contact lenses produced in St. Gallen.
Beat Dönni, CFO: Having been with Galifa for nine years, Dönni continues to manage finance and human resources. With his understanding of financial and personnel requirements, he supports the stability and development of the company.
