Yes, there are even 2 target groups for INneo contact lenses. The first target group consists of monthly lens wearers who benefit from INneo contact lenses by having a regular re-purchase option at specialized retailers. The second target group comprises new lens wearers who are afraid of losing conventional custom-made contact lenses or whose eye parameters are not suitable for exchange contact lenses.
INneo contact lenses differ from conventional individual contact lenses primarily due to their simplified range of parameters, a new fitting method, and the target groups addressed.
INneo contact lenses are individual lenses and are supplied exclusively to independent specialist retailers.
We recommend offering INneo contact lenses in a subscription system, for transparent lens wearer management and to secure repeat purchases.
INneo contact lenses in "Duopack+" and "Duopack" are always supplied in high-quality packaging made from recycled cardboard, which is delivered directly to the lens wearer.
INneo contact lenses are available in 3 different versions: the "Duopack+" with 2 contact lenses per eye and one spare lens per eye, the "Duopack" with 2 contact lenses per eye, and as a single lens.
The "Duopack+" and the "Duopack" are designed for a 6-month supply.

We recommend ordering the "Duopack+" at the start so that the lens wearer always has a spare lens available. For reorders and still unopened spare lenses, we recommend ordering a "Duopack". The lens wearer will find space for the unopened spare lenses in the "Duopack". If the lens wearer has used the spare lens, we recommend ordering a "Duopack+" again.
No, spare lenses can only be ordered as a "Duopack+".
The reserve lens is intended for use until a replacement lens has been delivered.
INneo reserve lenses have a shelf life of 2 years from the date of manufacture when unopened. The shelf life is indicated on the lens container.
INneo contact lenses are exclusively available in silicone hydrogel with 74% water content.
We recommend a multi-purpose solution or a fast-neutralizing peroxide system for INneo contact lenses.
INneo contact lenses cannot be ordered with an exchange option.
Currently, there are no plans to offer INneo contact lenses as a private label.

INneo contact lenses allow for a change in diameter with consistent fit. The "Standard-Standard" variant fits over 82% of all eyes.
The base curves Steep/Standard/Flat and diameters Small/Standard/Large cover almost all other eye parameters.
INneo fitting lenses allow you to maintain your usual procedure for fitting replacement lenses. By ordering a fitting set, you will always have INneo fitting lenses in stock at your practice. Since the fitting lens is supplied in plano, the lens can be placed on any eye, and every customer can immediately be convinced of the comfort of INneo contact lenses.
The adjustment set can be ordered online via Click & Fit in the "Shop - New Order" menu, or you can contact your personal consultant.
We recommend the on-eye fit assessment and evaluation of the INneo contact lens no earlier than 10 minutes after insertion.

No, our INneo fitting lenses are not available with diopters. If you wish to try an INneo contact lens with diopters before ordering a Duopack or Duopack+, the INneo is also available as a single lens. You can select this option when ordering in our online ordering system Click&Fit.
You do not need to adjust the base curve if the diameter changes. We have already taken this into account for you.
